We have a Proactive Risk Management system for identification of potential fraud coupled with 24/7 merchant hotline and a dedicated Chargeback and Fraud team that provide merchants with prompt information for Risk Management and Control.

SBM introduced SBM ShopNCash, a new service also globally known as Cash Back. This service will be available on SBM POS for SBM Debit cardholders (Visa, MasterCard, and UPI).
With SBM ShopNCash, SBM customers will now be able to withdraw cash while paying with any SBM debit card at retail outlets through SBM POS.

HOW IT WORKS:
- To benefit from SBM ShopNCash, customers need to be a SBM debit cardholder
- Wherever the SBM ShopNCash logo is available, customer may request for cash withdrawal while paying with any SBM debit card for a minimum amount of *Rs 200
- Cashier asks customer if he/she wants to withdraw money
- Cashier keys in purchase amount and the Cash Back amount requested by the customer
- Customer enters his/her PIN Code
- Cashier hands over cash & POS receipt to cardholder
- SBM ShopNCash proceeds will be credited to merchant operative account as per the normal process
- SBM ShopNCash transactions will appear on the POS settlement report

What do I need to start using SBM ShopNCash feature?
• You need a SBM POS terminal
• You need to be a registered SBM merchant
How long does the whole process take?
• For existing merchants: 1-2 working days
• For new merchants: The whole process takes at least 4 working days. SBM will contact you for the delivery of the POS terminal
What if my application is rejected by SBM?
• If your application is rejected by SBM, you may contact the Bank for further details or appeal
Is there any upfront cost for SBM ShopNCash?
• SBM ShopNCash is currently a service offered free of charge
Is there any Merchant Service Commission for SBM ShopNCash transactions?
• There is no Merchant Service Commission for SBM ShopNCash transactions
How will my SBM ShopNCash proceeds be deposited?
• For all settled transactions, your proceeds will be deposited into your Bank account; the next business day for an SBM account and at least 2 working days for a non-SBM account
Where can I view the settlement records?
• Settlement records can be viewed on the POS settlement and on the Merchant statement
What type of card is accepted for SBM ShopNCash transaction?
